Horrible after sales service.

I have rated this company with 1 star, because otherwise I would not be able to write a review. We took up the services of Melusi again as we had used him with previous inverter installations and received a prompt and efficient service with no issues. However this most recent installation proved to be very different.

Our instruction was to replicate a previous installation he had done by connecting the inverter directly to the DB Board and have an automatic switchover when load shedding stopped and started.

Melusi was all too happy to accept our payment and do the installation, however when in this most recent bout of load shedding we discovered a) that we had to manually change the power source to the inverter and, b) the inverter was running low within minutes.

When we asked Melusi to come back he said that there was no way that he could connect the inverter to the DB Board directly and that he would not be coming out to assist in finding a solution or way forward.

We are very disappointed in the lack of after sales service from Melusi and will not be using him again.
