Disappointed and ****med by Face magic in Sea point

I bought a voucher on Hyperli in October and made a booking via whatsapp which was the only alternative way to make a booking. The person confirmed the booking and the time. Which is for the 23rd November 2024.

There whatsapp has this disappearing **** on it.

On the 21st i confirmed if the booking is still OK via whatsapp as I haven't received any confirmation asking me to confirm, which a company usually does or sends a reminder.

The lady text me to says that my booking has been canceled and that I forfeit my voucher as I did not confirmed the 20th of November, but she didn't send me a message to ask.

This is really ridiculous and ****ming. What do I do????
