Worst Service, No Pricing on items and No Credit given

I visited the shop yesterday, everybody wanted to assist, no pricing on 99% of the items in store. When It came to paying, even after asking what the price is, they just swiped my card without telling me the amount. R350.00 for 50 brown balloons, and a not able to reverse the transaction or return my money. Slamming the phone down in your ear today 2 times. You have to be happy with store credit. Speaking to their person on FB messenger, they kept on saying on Store Credit. and I have since learned I am not the only person who this has happened to, as well as experiencing the bad attitudes in the store as well.
