Unprofessionalnand Poor Customer Service

Extremely rude owner. I called to enquire about a costume if they have stock and the prices. She would go silent during the call and just stop talking and later put the phone down in my ear. This is after I did an enquiry through their website days ago with no feedback since I did not see the costume on their website. This place is out of my way so did not want to drive there if they do not have stock. The lady just said she is not at the shop right now and if I ask for a number of someone that can assist she goes quiet. Then she also wanted to argue about me phoning the old number even though I can see on my phone screen the number I phoned is the latest one that she just read to me. She seemed very confused and unprofessional.
