No flowers delivered

Bought my mom flowers for Mother’s Day, to be delivered on Saturday as they don’t do Sunday deliveries, and they are no where to be seen. I’ve emailed them and heard nothing. Really disappointing.... my mom must be so sad thinking I didn’t do anything for her.
