Worst customer service

Had the worst experience from the Somerset West restaurant, I gave the guy in front specific instructions, took my food back not what I ordered asked for my money back and this guy had the worst customer service and stank attitude, I asked for my money back and he said he has to go to the bank and EFT a R49 back to me, I'm VERY disappointed in this guy's behavior and still haven't received my money back
