Bad customer services

I have sent an email to a few email addresses,but no reply.

I'm not happy with your Director at your Greenacres Branch,his name is Mario(what he told me) not sure if its true. He is such a rude a person,can't speak properly with us the customers,swearing. Saying we must **** off if we have a problem with an order,how is it okay for your staff to speak like that even if he is the director. Then his staff will laugh of the way he talks, especially a lady with the name Keesha,just as rude as him. She was the one who called him when I had an problem,but surely for her and him it was a joke. I won't leave it here,this will go to the papers. This is not the first time that it has happened,times before we has just ignored his behaviors but now he has influence his staff as well.

Please sort your staff out,even the directors,otherwise your shop won't have any customers soon. I have asked him for the owners number and he said they won't waste their time on my **** and that his a director any way.
