Dresses bought from Fabulosity S&S clothing store

Good morning,

I bought dresses from Fabulosity S&S women's clothing in January and have not received them since now. They are giving me stories each time i am making a follow up. I have a trail of my conversation with them. My last conversation with them was this past Saturday, the lady literally told me she is tired of my nagging, she's been telling me she is sending the dresses i must wait. I find that very odd and disturbing as she has been saying that every week since January. I have been asking for the courier details so that if she really has sent the parcel i can check for myself, she never did. On Saturday she said she is sending the waybill number, im still waiting for it till today. This is their address:
