Non-existent customer service, items short delivered

I was prepared for waiting the announced processing time of my order of 2 weeks. I ordered on 11 January. When I hadn't heard from them after 3 weeks, I enquired about my delivery as no communication was forthcoming. Upon delivery, the parcel was missing an item that I ordered. I have written to them 4 times, still no response whatsoever. Non-existent customer service, no telephone number to call, will not order again.
