Deposit ****!!!

LaFabrica in Overport are big ****mers!!! After asking them if I would get my deposit back when I return the suit (In good condition) they said I would. But when I returned the suit that I hired- it was in good condition and they checked it but still refused to give me back my deposit. I will never use them again and I will never refer anyone to them again! Instead the rude owner said I should of read my terms and conditions yet I have WhatsApp messages proving that I was not told to return the suit the day after. It is their job to inform the customer what’s the their terms. He just refused to give my deposit and didn’t own up the the fact that in the WhatsApp conversation when I asked about how the deposit worked he didn’t explain anything except that I get it back when I return the suit. Which I did. I’m disgusted at his way of keeping the customer’s deposits! So many people complained about that place after I put it on Facebook. Absolutely appalling! They always find an excuse to keep your deposit! Don’t ever hire anything from laFabrica! Terrible customer service at the pay station!!!
