Refusal to refund

I am very disappointed with Fabric and bridal world. I have paid a deposit of R1700 and on the receipt it states 20%off the deposit is non refundable, which I understand. However they are refusing to pay me the balance. I have explained that my wedding is cancelled and they are not interested in paying me what is due. I will never advise anyone to go there.
