Rude business with 0 communication abilities

As far as I'm concerned this business should get 0 stars, took our mattress topper to them to cut shorter, confirmed with the person that took it if they can do it, they confirmed, we also asked for the extra piece to be stitched closed, got told it would take a week, after a week we were told no it's not done........we hadn't receiver ANY communication that there was a delay. Today we ask will it be ready tomorrow, also asked to confirm if the extra will be done as well as put on the document when we handed it in, suddenly he doesn't want to do it as we're adding in extra work.

What company in their right mind doesn't want extra work 😧

Now when we collected he told my husband what his wife wrote has nothing to do with him (it's his damn business)
