Revolting Company

I ordered, in writing, a fabric advertised on the Fabric Fusion website. I was contacted an advised that the fabric was available and so I paid in full for the fabric. On collection of the fabric, the fabric was incorrect and not what was described on their website. I gave them time to check the error but have had the most appalling service. I emailed a picture of their website and fabric description. I have contacted them each day to get the issue resolved however there is such poor communication within the company that no one seemed to know what was happening with my order. Shaheid 082 777 8678 ********** a manager, contacted me once but never rep**** to any communication I have made.

I advised numerous times that I am on a deadline and need the fabric urgently. Also as the price they quoted and confirmed was apparently now incorrect and my client had purchased a more expensive frame due to the good price that Fabric Fusion was offering.

I was contacted after 6pm over a week after this problem arose by the alleged owner of Fabric Fusion, Ayesha ********** 814 ********** who was exceptionally rude and would not listen to the plain and obvious facts of the problem. I had even contacted a well reputed fabric store that did have stock available to give Fabric Fusion a chance to rectify their error. Ayesha shouted at me and refused to take any honorable and respectable act to sort this out. She refused to listen to me and hung up the call.

Had fabric fusion at least offered to split the difference in the cost of the fabric, this may have been resolved in a civilized manner - if that is possible for such an underhanded company.

They have taken over a week to reply to a simple problem which has now delayed my client's installation, cost my company time and unexpected costs. This has resulted in a loss of over R3000.00.

If you are wise you will avoid this company in the future.

It's companies and ******** people like this who make it so difficult for struggling companies to survive in this tight economy.
