FABRIC FUSION - GREATEST MISTAKE - PATHETIC SERVICE

One star is actually too much for the most pathetic service I have received from Fabric Fusion. It has been my greatest regret that I ever walked into their shop in Fourways and placed an order to make two blinds for my one bedroom window. What was an exciting prospect of new blinds turned into a nightmare. I paid a 50% deposit of R4 340.00 for this order on the 26 July 2018. A month later I followed up as to when the blinds would be installed and was told in two weeks time. The blinds never arrived and several weeks and phone calls later I was informed that there was a fault in the fabric and they would have to remake the blinds. Despite all the calls and follow ups from my side the manager has never had the decency to apologise for the poor service and has the nerve to get the shop to phone and demand payment of the remaining 50% before they come and install the blinds!
