Don't bother with this company

<p>Beware! They take full payment before installation is done. But thereafter, all the excuses and problems begin. They say they have a 4-6 week turnaround time, but ours took more than 2 months long with endless unnecessary delays. You can not get hold of any managers and they are not interested in you, just your in your cash. We eventually got everything sorted out, but only after getting the Consumer Council involved.</p> <p>The only helpful person was Desire who tried to sort things out. From incorrect measuring (3 times), wrong blinds being delivered and no one taking responsibility as the blame was passed from one department to the other, the dealings with this company was a nightmare. There is no communication between people who measure, people who make the products and people that install. This left many mistakes along the way, of which correcting them landed us with not having curtains for weeks.</p> <p>Everything appeared rosy until they took the full payment. Once they got full payment, it did not matter how many mistakes they made and how much longer things got delayed. Even with our delays, other jobs took priority. During all this time it was impossible to get a manager to call you.</p> <p>Just stay away. Find someone who values customers and not just the money. </p>
