Curtain disaster

What to do? We ordered curtains 4! Months ago. The first batch was all wrong. Hem 8 cm instead of 20 cm and all the widths of the curtains were wrong. In other words - a total mess! New curtains were promised and then the waiting started. And we waited. And we waited. So now we have decided to cancel the order and demand a full refund. Waiting for 4 months is a little excessive - right?
