Bunch of *******!!!!

On the 26th of Jan 2018 i sent an email again, requesting the money back for the rails. I started asking for the refund since the 3rd of Oct 2017!!!! no one has bothered to get back to me. its been 8 months now, and fabric fusion is keeping the money??? if you need money, all you need to do is tell me you cant give back the money as you used it already. then we can open case of theft against you!!! Pathetic bunch of people everyone from the office staff right up to the supposedly 'owner'.
