Bad service, not caring about the client

I bought twice from this store and on both instances i recieved poor and underhand service, The first time i choose a fabric for my curtains and paid for the material. in the contract they said my curtains will be ready in 8 weeks, on the 4 week the called to tell me they are out of material and i have to choose another fabric, i went and did that. AFTER another two weeks they called again claiming that the second material I chose was not adequate to make the curtains. i refused to choose another fabric and demanded my money back. They sent someone to my house with the samples of material for me to choose instead. no refund was made , i ended up with something i didnt like.<br> <br> Secondinstacnce, I bought curtains agains from them, when they were due for uplifment i realised that the material used had a factory fault, which was a black visible line across the curtain , they took them back and agreed to evaluate and change them if neccessary. The washed them and sent them back to me. The black mark was still there but i accepted them, till today they took my tie back and tassles to make the extra ones i am sent from pillar to post. my house liiks like a circus they dont care.
