WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER

I bought a suit from Fabiani sometime last week,plus shirt and pair of socks. I however did not collect the jacket and trousers because the jacket needed to be adjusted. I was not in a hurry so decided to fetch the jacket and the trousers when they were ready. Days later,nobody called. So I called them today to check if the jacket was ready and some very rude woman answered and told me actually it was ready. I went to the shop and got told that I had never paid for a trousers. The onus was on me to prove I had indeed paid for it. I logged into my bank account and showed how much had been debited from my account, R5446-00 but this wasn't proof enough. First they had to phone the sales consultant,who could not confirm anything,then they had to go through the records. Some lady with spectacles told me there was no record of my purchase so effectively I was lying that I had even made a purchase from the shop. I challenged them to expain to me who then had used my card to make a purchase in the shop. Then after a long back and forth the receipt was eventually found. So the proof that I had paid for the both the jacket and trousers was there,but then,trousers not ready. Staff were rude.
