TFG staff members are *******

On the 3 October 2022, I ordered a timepiece online and it was delivered to me on the 07 October 2022. I bought this timepiece as a gift to my partner and when he opened the box there was no timepiece in the box. I cannot be expected to pay for something I never received. TFG definitely lacks customer service and proper quality control. Your staff are ******* as they probably stole my timepiece. I would not recommend anyone to purchase any item online as their staff will most probably ***** it. This is truly heartbreaking.
