Sbusiso 2ic has no customer service skills-Alberton Ciity

I visited the Alberton city mall Fabiani store earlier and changed 3 shirts which were gifted to me and it was changed without a receipt,then I later brought another 3 shirts which were also defective and now the 2ic Sbusiso refused to change it stating that he cannot pick up the codes which where on the shirts,I asked him to contact his area manager but he refused,stating he is not allowed to give me their details or email address.Does this guy have double standards first he changes my shirts without without receipt now he does not want to,they are clearly Fabiani shirts so j don't know why he does not want to change them,no customer service at this store really disappointing service from TFG group!
