Pathetic service

I purchased a shirt from the Fabiani store in durban on the 27th April 2019 and went to return it on the 29th April. They advised me that they do not have any cash to give me. They have to make cash on one till to refund me and can't be separate tills. They won't allow me to speak to the area sales manager either. They also are the tfg group and yet they can't take money from a tfg store??? I need my money and there's absolutely nothing they can do? That's utter bullsh#t!!!
