Order not delivered

I placed an order for 2 clothing items on the 10th of January and again I placed an order for other items on the 15th, which 5 days. The order of the 15th arrived within the specified time of 2 to 5 working days as they say. I tried enquiring for a couple of days last week via email and if I am not being ignored they will be asking for the information I sent them from my first email I sent them, which is disappointing, it has been 20 days now the order has been placed and it is still on dispatched status as it was on the first day purchase. I am very disappointed with them
