Not happy at all

I am disappointed with a pair of sneakers I purchased from fabiani.co.za⁠�. After following the washing instructions, the color began fading significantly. I expected better quality and durability from this product. I would appreciate an explanation and a resolution, such as an exchange, repair, or refund.
