Non delivered items.

Around October 2020, I made an online purchase from Fabiani. Some few days later I received incorrect items which I did not order. I brought this to the attention of Fabiani both by email and countless phone calls which came at an additional cost to me. I have been taken from pillar to post by Fabiani and I haven’t received reply from them whatsoever besides calls from their collection department demanding payment which I have paid. It has been 8 months at I haven’t received items which I paid for but I haven’t received and I’m being ignored.
