Lack of Customer Service & Very Unorganized

I'm extremely disappointed in your V&A Waterfront store. I called in 2 days ago to arrange a keep a side. Went in tonight it wasn't done. The staff didn't know what's going for what. Lack of customer service. The looked on the system and found nothing in store but found the T Shirt I wanted in the messy, unorganized back up draws. Very poor service coming from Fabiani. I've been a loyal client since before TFG owned it. You Waterfront store has to many children that don't know the brand and are just there for a pay cheque. You are going to loose loyal clients.
