Fabiani women’s clothing disaster

Bought a jacket a while ago. I didn’t wear it because the waist was too big and I wanted to have it taken in first. I had an important meeting and decided to wear it. The threads on this brand new R4000 jacket pulled and snapped, leaving the jacket with fluffy loose threads everywhere. If I pay R4000 for a jacket I expect it to look good for an extended period of time. Highly disappointed. Perhaps that’s why the women’s clothing division has been closed in every mall. Very poor quality clothing and very disappointing. I should really have worn it sooner so I could go back to the Rosebank store for a refund. Unacceptable!
