Fabiani Cresta Mall

I would like to raise my concern about the service I received from one of your shops I just came back from Fabiani Cresta mall to exchange my Jean as I was not happy with the quality of the product-(I am not looking for a refund but just merely wanted to exchange for the same Jean) I was shouted at for not having my till slip which I misplaced, the Manager there is very rude and immature, she is very arrogant and disrespectful to your customers Bear in mind I have been wearing Fabiani Jeans for years and being one of your loyal customers I felt very belittled and disrespected. May you please look onto this as that level of unprofessionalism will chase clients away from your brand,
