Fabiani Complains department Useless
Not sure why the actually have customer service or any thing like that. since October last year i had a issue, complain a few times, everyone looking into it and will contact me soon as possible with feedback or a solution. But till today nothing happened. Every time a new person you have to deal with, and still nothing. Its very shocking that a very huge company like them is just full of promises but no action. Shame on you Fabiani< Shame on you TFG Group!!!!
