Hello Peter,<br> <br> Although this is long over due, it is still valid and I will like to take this opportunity to thank Phillip (Regional Manager of Fabiani).<br> <br> I bought a pair of jeans at Fabiani Eastgate and had them altered there. The person who did the alteration did a bad job.<br> When I tried to return the jean at Sandton, I was sent from pillar to post and was eventually told I would not be able to change them.<br> After speaking to Phillip and explaining my situation, I was able to exchange my jeans and he offered me a 10% discount for next purchase at any Fabiani store in South Africa.<br> <br> Thanks to Phillip, I have not lost faith in the retail and more importantly Fabiani.<br> I love the clothes that are offered at Fabiani and will continue to support the brand.<br> <br> Once again, thank you Phillip.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Puso Mtimkulu
