Don't you want my money?

For a "high end" store you make it near impossible to purchase something. I am simply looking for one of your pairs of shoes. I have been to around 5 stores but alas you don't seem to have anything in a size 10. Eventually someone says they will have it delivered from another store, to which I say fine, that will work. I don't receive a call back so eventually go back into the store only to find out that the other store's delivery vehicle is broken. Yet, nobody bothers to let me know.

Then I try and order from your site only to get to about step 3 after choosing collection from the Sandton City store and have the site no being able to go to the next step as the page just keeps loading and loading.

This is really sad service all round from a relatively expensive store.
