Don't Purchase from Fabiani!

I purchased a suit a few years ago from Fabiani. Since then I wore it only 3 times, it is a grey suit and only use it for some occasions. After the 3rd time I noticed that the stitching came loose and decided to contact the Cape Town waterfront store to assist me. I made it clear that this was purchased a while ago and that I don’t expect them to fix it for free, but I am worried that the stitching came loose so soon. I made it clear to the gentleman that costs is not a problem, but would still like them to give feedback why a brand new suit would have stitching issues so soon. He was rude and had no time to listen to what I was saying and keep interrupting me while I was talking. When I asked him his name he hung up the phone. I made the call to him on 09/04/2019 at 10.45. I will never purchase any item from Fabiani again.
