Disgusted

I went to 1 of the Fabiani in clearwater mall yesterday in the afternoon there were 2 ladies working there. There was 1 who was upstairs busy with whatever and the other 1 (coloured lady) was sitting on the couch undoing her hair she never even acknowledged me or greeted me instead she just walked away and disappeared. I had to wait for a good 10 minutes so that I could be assisted . I feel like my customer experience was compromised or Fabiani is loosing its touch on customer experience I mean how do you allow staff members to take of their hair on the store floor it is not even hygiene hazard I don't know what that was but it was disgusting
