Compliment to Fabiani pavilion branch

I had a complaint at Fabiani Pavilion branch in durban. I was so amazed how the manager Wesley managed to resolved my complaint instantly. There are few managers would go an extra Mile meeting customer expectations. I just want to acknowledge Wesley for perseverance, and dedication and being passionate about customers. He possess good leadership skills and I wish all the board of directors at TFG to take a look at Wesley resume because he deserves to be at top of hierarchy in the organisation. The staff are well trained and competent eagerly to assist where ever they can. It was a great experience for me. Keep up the good work guys.
