Bad service and attitude (No knowledge of Exchange Policy)

So I came to exchange and only to find out that they do not have the size I want, then I decide to take another Golfer with R300 difference.

This guy have the audacity to tell me that i should speak Zulu and further more I should top up and buy something else, such attitude and bad service. He even arrogantly handed me back my bag to take it.

His Manager (at till) ended up sorting me out and explain that it is still early they do not have Cash to refund me but they can offer me a Gift Voucher for my next Purchase. He nicely explained to me and I took the Gift voucher of the difference,

This guy needs training, his attitude wont get him to survive
