Bad Service

Hi

I was at the store on Sunday the 14th May to collect my card. There were alot of communication problems with what i was told when opening the account. Manager was off but spoke to her on the phone(Macy) and she advised that she will get back to me on Monday. Monday no call received and sms on Tuesday that she will call after 5pm but still no call to date. Was told that shop was busy therefore she didnt call on Monday. i also logged a call with New applications on Monday with the same query but no call from the Manager as well. Why do i need to purchase something to active my card. If this is not resolved this account must be closed as i didnt sign the form, i wrote a note waiting for feedback.
