Bad online swrvice

So I ordered for te first time online from the Fabiani store... I have ordered from other tfg group stores multiple times before never had issues but now that I've ordered from Fabiani I never received my order its now week 2 already. When I called customer care they telling me that the item purchased seems o be out of stock... So tell me how do you let someone pay for something that's not available. If that's not enough they did not even let me know anything if I had not called them I would of still been waiting for this order that's never coming... Also I'm still waiting on my refund I have not received any communication from them at all.
