Awaiting on online order delivery from Ram

I've been waiting for delivery from ram from 26:11:2021. Everyday I receive an sms saying my order will be delivered but to no avail. When tracking my order, the same message appears for every day when they out on delivery that my home contact was not available. However, I was at home and no person ever stopped in front of the house. This type of service is unacceptable especially when ordering online from reputable company such as tfg. I'm disappointed in the type of service that is delivered. Why sms to say delivery will happen today, then say home contact not available. If they never pitched... I'm disappointed in such behaviour and more disappointed in TFG for making use of such a company for deliveries. This is also not my first issue with them. It happened with previous online orders as well.
