Worst service from F.A.B

The worst service I have ever received, I reported in January 2019 about the defects in my couch which I had bought a month ago. Every time I call I get told the same thing, someone will get back to you, send us your invoice. I am highly disappointed n I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.
