Worst service ever!!! ***** of note!!

The most slowest and full of excuses service i have ever encountered!!

Since mid march 2018 when i paid deposit for a couch that was in store when, i advised i would collect it month end of same month and pay balance for delivery.

Walked into store and no couch!

Paid full amout regardless of their incompetency and inconvience to myslef, then promised couch would be ready first weekend of April 2018.

Its now the second week of April and couch is not ready but instead it will be done third week of April 2018.

Each week is a different story! Warehouse manager cannot even commit a date yet their bank account is loaded with a fully paid order thats not even delivered!

What makes it worse is the audacity of them saying i must pay for delivery!
