Worst service ever

I ordered a couch on the 23rd of November 2018 at Clearwater mall during black Friday. I was advised that it will take 6-8 weeks , I waited as I thought it was a great deal consideration the discount I got. 8 weeks later and I'm struggling to get my couch. I called them a couple of times, spoke to Cynthia who kept on making empty promises to call back and never did. Spoke to Donevan who was completely worse, he kept on making arrangements for delivery.. Mind you I was calling all the time, using my airtime. I was home for two full days waiting for nothing..still waiting. I have never received such bad service in my entire life and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this shop ever!
