Worst products and service.

This company made promises that you can't keep. We bought a suite in June 2017. A couple of months later the suite tore in 2 places and the corner unit started to sag. In October I lodged a complaint and completed a form. I phoned and sent messages with no reply. Then when I started to make demands and threats they said that the suite will be replaced. Then silence again. More messages and demands were made. They promised that the couches will be delivered by 15/12/17. I waited the whole day and nobody pitched up or had the decency to phone and let me know what is going on. Then on Tuesday there was a promise that the couches will be delivered during the week, on the latest by Friday 22/12/17. Someone phoned me on Thursday to confirm that the couches will be delivered on Friday and that someone else will phone with a delivery time. I waited and waisted the while Friday and no one phoned or came to deliver the couches.

On Saturday morning 24/12/17 at 7:39 I sent a message that I am canceling the order yet again because of bad service. All of a sudden at 11:37 I get a call from a driver that he must deliver the couches but doesn't have a address. I send him the details and he confirmed that he will be at my house in 68 minutes. He is leaving the warehouse in Germiston as we speak. Once again I canceled my plans and decided to wait for the delivery. At 13:40 I phoned the driver to find out where he is and when he will be here. He told me that he is in Roodepoort. I then canceled the delivery because I had enough of waiting for you guys to get your act together and keep your promises. I will not cancel more plans because of your incompetence.
