Waiting for over a month for couch to be repaired.

<p>I bought a couch from your clearwater branch in September 2016 and the couch was sagging in the middle and i called Fab furniture and reported the matter via email. the couch was collected first week in February 2017 and it is March already and i am still waiting. i called a lady by the name of Zama and she promised to get back to me but now she does not even answer the phone when i call. Kanti whats happening?? is this couch been re-manufactured or what? can someone get back to me now or else please give my R4500.00 back that i paid cash so that i can go purchase a couch elsewhere.</p>
