The Worse Service Ever

<p>The worst service ever. Empty promises made. It was agreed upon purchase of a couch that production and delivery will take 3 - 6 weeks, we are approaching week 7 and we have not received delivery of the couch. It's been confirmed by gauteng head office it will be delivered. Still no delivery day in and day out only to find today that the couch is still not manufactured completely. We have been patient and understanding when we were informed the original couch was damaged due to heavy rain in gauteng, now I wonder if that was true as the promises made regarding delivery are not carried out. When contacting the office we asked for owner or factory manager name and was informed by Mandy and Zama they not allowed to disclose that information. I have been informed I can expect a call back on Monday regarding compensation for inconvenience caused, I await that call. It's disappointing when the image of the company is destroyed by way this company treats customer not considering the customers needs. </p>
