<p>My husband and I bought the couches a year ago. We fully paid by September 2015. Up to date we have not received such. When we call Sam the salesperson he says we must call another lady but she has not rep**** our calls nor sms. It's a been a year and fews month. Is there any way we can get a refund</p>
Hi there, We apologize for the delay, it seems there has been a miscommunication between you and the sales person about delivery: Originally you wanted to collect from our warehouse so you did not provide us with a delivery address. Then you wanted us to deliver but later said you were moving to a new address so we should wait for you to contact us. You were unreachable by phone for a very long period even though your stock was ready, wrapped and waiting in our warehouse the entire time. However, we managed to deliver once we could finally get hold of you and confirm a delivery address.
