Terrible disappointing service

On the 26th of Feb I ordered a couch from the Clearwater store. I was advised that the manufacturing will take 6 weeks. After a long struggle I finally received it about 3 months later (May) in an unacceptable condition. Firstly not what I ordered, the quality was poor and torn on the one side. I refused to accept however the driver that delivered the goods advised that the process is for me to keep the goods while a new one will be made for me. It is not the 27th of August, 6 months after ordering the couches and I still don't have it. I took a days leave as delivery was confirmed for today. After calling Donovan 3 times, nothing. If only they cared.
