SUPREME LET DOWN

<p>I bough i brand new supreme comfort bed set from FAB FURNITURE in keywest krugersdorp on the 28/02/2015 was promised this is the best bed i would find and i believed them . To top it off it came with a 20 year warranty , what a wow extra so i was impressed and bought the product. A few months down the line the bed starting sagging and started to make a noise which is not a good thing for a new bed so went back to the store and the gentleman whom sold me the bed said no problem bring it back and he will replace it unfortunately life happen i could not take back the bed set at that time . over the next few months i gave it the benefit of a doubt maybe it was the wood floors in my room causing the noise yet it got worse by the day and now the bed sounds like it is 20years old already . so i went back to the store seeing i am on holiday and would be able to bring back the bed set only now there was a lady running the store and advised me this has to go through customer service which i had no problem with ( this was 2 weeks ago ) after which i went back again and the lady in the store could not even get hold of customer service while i was there promising me they would call me the next day and a week later still nothing . this is defnitly not what i exspect from any service provider , supreme let down in product and service .</p>
