Sitting in the floor

I would just like to point out the incompetence of this furniture company! I placed an order for a Shirley corner couch in the middle of January this year and an email came through to say that they need 3-6 weeks in order to produce it. Upon calling them after 7 weeks they proceeded to tell me that the couch had still not been produced. It has now been 9 weeks going on 10 and I still do not have a couch as it is still in production apparently and nobody can tell me when it will be ready! Also on that note when they say they will call you back, don’t hold your breath as the women told me she would call me back four times and I am still waiting for her call!
