<p>I orded a couch from an expo based in Lakeside Mall over a year ago. I paid a deposit for the couch and within 2 weeks i was notified the couch will be ready for delivery. My gut told me to request a photo of the couch i had ordered just to make sure it is correct. After several requests I finaly received a photo of the couch and it was completely different from what I had ordered. I was then told I had to pay an extra amount to get the couch I had ordered. I argued against this as this was not my mistake and requested to speak to a senior manager. long story short every time I phoned the company requesting for this matter to be resolved and to speak to the owner I had the staff of the company laugh at me. I was even was told that there is no owner for this business. it has been over a year now and to date i have not received the correct couch or my money back..... I believe this company ****s people be very carefull....</p>
