Sales people with bad attitude.

On the 21st of February I was at clear water mall outside the Nedbank and saw beds on special advertised my FAB Furniture Company from Germiston, I approached the sales person called Petros which advised it either lay bye or cash, so I asked him if he could order a bed for me, to which he responded that they cannot order, if I want to lay bye I can but if there is not stock the next week my lay bye money would be forfeited, which does not make sense to me, he then said if I come back next week with cash he will call the HO and they will bring the bed the same day and we will collect outside Clear Water, I promised him I will go back on the 28th and buy the double bed cash, I went back this past Saturday and Petros was rude as ever to me. He does not know what he is doing and hands customers all the incorrect info, he refused to help he said there is no stock of the bed best I order it, when last he told me I cannot order it, he goes on saying I can do what I want call the HO no one is there anyways to hear to my nonsense, I then asked him to give me the double bed on show and he refused, he refused to even call the HO and make a plan, he then says I must take my business elsewhere.
